About this Webinar

Many organizations have moved beyond asking whether AI matters. The harder questions are what needs to be in place, how to manage risks, and how to bring people along to turn promising experiments into sustainable business practice.

Successful AI implementation requires more than the right technology. It also depends on reliable data, clear responsibilities, practical policies, and an organizational culture that encourages learning and responsible experimentation.

This webinar explores how organizations can build the technical and organizational foundations needed to adopt AI effectively, responsibly, and at scale.

What participants will gain

A practical understanding of the key decisions around technology, governance, people, and processes that help organizations move from isolated AI experiments toward sustainable adoption.

What we will explore

1. Build the foundations for AI adoption

  • Understand how data quality, accessibility, systems, and security influence what is feasible.
  • Explore the choices between public AI tools and enterprise-controlled environments, including considerations around integration, flexibility, and control.
  • Identify what needs to be in place before scaling AI initiatives—and where organizations can start without having everything perfect.

2. Establish practical guardrails and clear responsibilities

  • Define appropriate policies for AI use, confidential-data handling, human oversight, and accountability.
  • Align leadership, IT, HR, and business functions around ownership, decision-making, and implementation.
  • Balance risk management with the flexibility needed to encourage innovation and experimentation.

3. Bring people along and build a culture of responsible experimentation

  • Address how AI changes workflows, roles, expectations, and the skills employees need.
  • Encourage safe experimentation while helping employees develop the judgment to question AI outputs and recognize limitations.
  • Build trust through shared learning, including lessons from failures and near misses, while navigating different U.S. and German approaches to experimentation and documentation.
