+1 (312) 5850-8312 schlegel@gaccmidwest.orgIllinois is one of the most energy-intensive industrial locations in the US and offers excellent opportunities for German suppliers of energy-efficient solutions for thermal processes thanks to ambitious efficiency targets, subsidy programs, and an innovative environment. The Chicago metropolitan area is also an important location for data centers – a growing market for efficient heating and cooling technologies.
Ohio also offers interesting opportunities, particularly through industrial activities and growing energy demand in the data center context. Here, the focus is increasingly on energy security, security of supply, efficient cooling, and waste heat utilization.
This presents attractive business opportunities for German companies in the areas of waste heat recovery, electrification of process heat, high-temperature heat pumps, boiler and furnace systems, and digital process and energy management solutions.
Participants will have access to market briefings, company visits, two business breakfasts, and individually organized B2Bs. They will be able to present their technologies to an expert audience, establish contacts with potential partners, and learn about the specifics of the local markets.
