This fee includes the organization of all agenda items, site visits, and networking events, as well as group ground transportation on Friday between Warner Norcross + Judd and the scheduled site visits. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to Warner Norcross + Judd on Friday morning for the breakfast roundtable. All-day parking at Warner Norcross + Judd is available. Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be provided on Thursday, along with breakfast and lunch on Friday.

Participants are responsible for any additional costs, including accommodation.

The Dearborn Truck Plant, part of Ford’s historic Rouge Complex, is home to the production of the iconic Ford F-150 and showcases state-of-the-art assembly processes, automation, and sustainable manufacturing practices. The visit offers firsthand insights into large-scale vehicle production and Ford’s approach to innovation in the era of electrification and mobility transformation.
