Event Details:

Baden-Württemberg International in cooperation with the German American Chamber of Commerce® of the Midwest cordially invites you to a panel discussion followed by a networking breakfast.

Industrial AI is moving beyond isolated pilot projects and proof-of-concepts toward a new era of intelligent, connected, and increasingly autonomous manufacturing. While many companies have successfully demonstrated the potential of AI in individual use cases the real challenge is scaling these solutions across plants, production lines, and entire industrial networks.

At scale, AI can evolve from supporting individual decisions to orchestrating entire manufacturing processes. Real-time data from machines, sensors, production systems, and supply chains can be combined with AI-driven insights to identify deviations, predict failures, optimize production parameters, and dynamically adapt operations.

However, moving from pilots to production at scale involves significant organizational and technological challenges. Companies must address questions around data quality and ownership, cybersecurity, AI governance, interoperability, model reliability, workforce capabilities, and the business case for AI investments. Equally important is the ability to move from experimentation to industrialization: successful use cases need to be standardized, replicated, monitored, continuously improved, and integrated into operational processes.

The panel discussion will explore what it takes to make this transition successful and how industrial companies can turn AI from a collection of promising experiments into a strategic capability for the factory of the future.

Key Takeaways:

  1. Learn how to successfully scale Industrial AI from pilot projects to enterprise-wide manufacturing operations.
  2. Gain insights into the technologies, data strategies, and governance frameworks required for autonomous manufacturing.
  3. Hear about real-world best practices from industry leaders on turning AI into a long-term competitive advantage.
