    Emilio Brahmst

    Director - Germany Trade & Invest Emilio Brahmst is Director at Germany Trade & Invest, the foreign trade and inward investment agency of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mr. Brahmst is responsible for investment attraction and manages the office in Chicago. As part of his current role, Mr. Brahmst has assisted numerous US and Canadian companies in the automotive, machinery and other sectors with their FDI projects in Germany. He regularly attends industry events and speaks on investment-related topics. Before his work in economic development, Mr. Brahmst was a consultant on automotive business and engineering topics at the Center for Automotive Research and the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Mr. Brahmst has an MBA from the University of Chicago, a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing from the University of Michigan and a Master of Engineering in Machine Construction from the Technical University of Berlin.
