    Jan Walter Schroeder

    Dr. Jan Walter Schroeder, CPO & Board of Directors, CisLunar Industries Dr. Jan Walter Schroeder is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at CisLunar Industries, a Colorado-based space company building scalable infrastructure to support the space industrial economy, with a focus on electric power conversion systems that are critical for in-space mobility, manufacturing, and resource utilization. The company’s Electronic Power Intelligent Conversion (EPIC) technologies enable advanced propulsion systems, high-voltage power applications, and dual-use industrial platforms. With over 15 years of experience in aerospace and electronics, Walter previously contributed to projects at the European Space Agency and led research at the Catalunya Aerospace Center. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering and an M.Sc. in Software Engineering, and is the recipient of the ESA Innovation Prize. He is also the lead inventor on multiple patents and has contributed to over 50 technical publications.

    Ryan Nalty

    Ryan Nalty is the Director for Industry Research Partnerships at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he specializes in forging strategic connections between academia, industry, and government; specifically in the aerospace and defense research and applied sciences. He also previously served as CU's Head of Industry Relations. Ryan has proven experience building strong, collaborative, and value-based relationships with key stakeholders across the public and private sectors, from the local through to the international level. Prior to joining the University of Colorado Boulder, Ryan served as Deputy Director of Community & Economic Development for Adams County, Colorado. He directed the County’s economic development efforts and led business development at the Colorado Air & Space Port, which is operated by the County and one of only 13 FAA-licensed spaceports in America. Ryan has also worked as Director of Strategic Partnerships for the World Trade Center Denver, where he helped to build a stronger international-focused community in Colorado. Before moving to Colorado, he served as a British diplomat leading on aerospace and security policy at the British Embassy in Washington D.C. In his over 7 years with the UK Government, Ryan helped to shape UK aerospace strategy and represent the UK Government in negotiations with the FAA, USDOT, USDOD, NASA, and the private sector. He also supported on official State Visits of UK Ministers and British Royalty to the United States. Ryan holds undergrad degrees from the University of Montana and a dual Master’s Degree in Transportation Policy and Business Management jointly awarded by Imperial College London and University College London.

    Charlie Crouse

    Advance Space Business Development & Sales Lead After serving as an Air Force Intelligence Officer for several years, Charlie joined Lockheed Martin, working in various roles in National Security Space, leading small satellite sales, technology maturation, cislunar development, and national-level satellite constellation development. After leaving LM, Charlie joined True Anomaly to drive their new business pursuits, most of which included rendezvous proximity operations, ground system development, and dynamic space operations for the USSF and similar customers. Charlie then moved to Advanced Space to lead their business development and sales. Charlie is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, American Military University, and St. Bonaventure University and has completed various executive development and mentorship programs in prior roles. Charlie is heavily involved with the aerospace community, helping to lead the AIAA Rocky Mountain Section and leading national security program development at USAFA. Outside of aerospace, Charlie is involved with the Denver International Airport Ambassador program (and previously served on the CATS program) and serves on the Board of Directors of Denver Sister Cities International. As a huge proponent of the criticality of expanding to the Moon, Mars, and beyond, Charlie is extremely excited to be on the Advanced Space team and to help the U.S. gain the first-mover advantage into deeper space. As the commercialization of space and expansion continues, Charlie believes it is incumbent upon the U.S. and Allies to develop the domain and to educate the public on why space matters for all.

    Erik Paranckh

    Erik Pranckh is the Managing Director of Dcubed USA, where he leads the company’s mission to pioneer next-generation deployable space hardware and in-space manufacturing solutions for the U.S. market. With a background spanning engineering, entrepreneurship, and business development, Erik brings deep expertise in bridging European innovation with the rapidly growing U.S. space ecosystem. At Dcubed, he has been instrumental in expanding the company’s U.S. presence, forging partnerships across government, industry, and research, and advancing the commercialization of critical technologies for space infrastructure, satellite subsystems, and in-space manufacturing. Before joining Dcubed USA, Erik held leadership roles in business development and strategy at several aerospace companies, where he drove successful contract pursuits, advanced novel deployable and in-space technologies, and supported research in spacecraft systems and advanced materials. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, is active in professional aerospace associations, and has published work on space technology and policy. Passionate about building international partnerships to accelerate humanity’s expansion into space, Erik frequently speaks on the future of space manufacturing, industrialization, and transatlantic collaboration.

EuroNetworking-Event

Each year, the EuroNetworking event brings together Colorado’s vibrant European business community for an evening of connection and collaboration. Co-hosted by the French-American Chamber of Commerce Rocky Mountain, German American Chamber of Commerce – Colorado Chapter, Latvian Chamber of Commerce Colorado, Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce Colorado, and the World Trade Center Denver, this annual gathering celebrates international partnerships and cross-cultural exchange.

While the themes vary from year to year, the atmosphere is consistently lively, with engaging discussions and dynamic networking among professionals from diverse industries.
