As a Program Manager specializing in Rapid Automation, after opportunities have been identified, I evaluate program performance and aim to insulate the projects from higher-scope risks. I work with cross-functional project teams to ensure productivity gains are met when technological capabilities are leveraged.
With prior experience in data analytics, I developed solutions to streamline and automate data flow processes. Given a rapidly changing post-digital world, I am equipped to design and establish scalable solutions to expedite insight generation and enable optimal decisions for the business.
Daniel Troesch, Co-founder and COO of Fourstarzz Media – a Lincoln, Nebraska based Marketing Tech company.
Daniel earned his M.Sc. Economics from University Cologne in Germany. He joined the e-commerce and marketing giant Groupon in 2011. As progam manager Daniel was responsible to lead key technology projects, supporting the core sales and operational processes of Groupon in 23 countries. In 2016 Daniel co-founded Fourstarzz Media, a digital marketing technology company, enabling brands to bring word-of mouth marketing to scale in the digital world.
Founding project manager of the Chicago Connectory currently leading the digital innovation team in USA. Experienced PM with a demonstrated history of leadership in strategic, complex and cross-functional projects. Skilled in International Project Management, SAP Implementation, Technical Support, Value Stream Mapping, Coaching and Consulting. Industrial Engineering Major with Masters in Business Administration and PMP Certified.
Prior to joining Knauf in 2019, Jeffrey enjoyed a 19-year career at Bosch holding positions such as Director of Digital Business and led a global team for delivery of digital assets. Prior to this, Jeffrey was the Director of the Bosch Technology Center in Pittsburgh, PA where he helped to launch research initiatives toward IoT (Internet Security and Privacy, and AI (Artificial Intelligence). Jeffrey has also held positions at FedEx as Chief Software Digital Applications, worked for AEG (a Daimler Company) as an automation specialist in the steel industry, Sandia National Laboratories developing navigation technology for cruise missile systems. Jeffrey also contributed Adjunct Professor at The University of Pittsburgh, The Ohio State University, and The University of New Mexico. Jeffrey holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Alisha is a Solution Manager in the Industrial Machinery & Components Industry at SAP, focusing on Customer Experience. She is responsible for defining and scaling industry-relevant solutions based on SAP’s complete portfolio of products and technologies.
Joe Tarvin is a professional businessman with demonstrated skills in enterprise software sales with national and international experience. Joe’s focus and passion is to work with prospects and clients to continuously improve their supply chains. His domain experience includes:
- Over nineteen years of supply chain software sales and sales consulting experience including international experience
- Over nine years of managerial and project leadership roles in both low and high volume, manual, and automated manufacturing and distribution environments
- Over eight years of technical and engineering experience in various quality, design, manufacturing, and test environments
Matthias currently has 17 years of public accounting experience. Most of his time is spent on external audit engagements in the manufacturing and distribution industries, but also include engagements in the construction, pharmaceutical, food, retail and technology industries. He also has extensive experience on internal control audits and other special purpose engagements in related practice areas. He advises especially German clients on setting up subsidiaries in the United States, providing support during site selections, and advising on tax matters. He regularly gives talks on US tax law topics for different organizations in Germany.
Matthias serves on the board of directors for the German International School Chicago and the German American Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he is a member of the Rotary One Club of Chicago.
