This event is part of a delegation to the US of 40 German business leaders and legislators from Lower Saxony, including Lower Saxony’s Minister for Economic Affairs, Transport, Building and Digitalization, Olaf Lies.
The reception will feature insightful keynote speeches on key topics such as smart cities and decarbonization, delivered by Jim Saber (President & CEO of Next Energy), Urban Tech Xchange, and Minister Lies, who will discuss the role of innovation and cooperation in transforming the global economy. Additional presentations will showcase success models, with contributions from Dow Michigan and Urban Tech Xchange partners.
The evening will conclude with a networking barbecue, offering an excellent opportunity to connect with leaders and stakeholders from the German American business community including our German delegates, along with Michigan-based partners.
