Ned is a director in the Income and Franchise Tax Practice at Ryan.
Ned’s experience spans twenty-five years of assisting global and middle-market clients with mitigating risk, enhancing compliance and optimizing savings for state tax matters. In addition to advising clients relative to transactions and compliance he is currently providing perspective from that of the taxpayer’s representative to the Multistate Tax Commission’s transfer-pricing initiative.
Recently, BNA Daily Tax Report and The Canadian Business Journal published articles on state taxation written by him. Ned was also interviewed about state incentives by NBC News Ward Room blog. Ned has spoken before numerous trade and business groups including the Tax Executives Institute (“TEI”) and recently led his firm’s international business tax advisory conference at the Gleacher Center at the University of Chicago.
