Study Trip to Germany on the Future of Smart Farming Technologies

The program Smart Farming Technologies fosters a knowledge exchange between farmers and experts from important technology locations throughout Germany and the US. Learn about how smart farming technologies can contribute to the future livelihood of farmers in America and Germany alike.

Join this trip to learn about current development and trends in Germany as well as experience firsthand how German farmers apply smart farming technologies. Take back valuable information on how to modernize your farm and become a part of our transatlantic community!

Itinerary
Duration of the program is five days, from November 6-10, 2017. Arrival in Frankfurt is planned for Sunday, November 5, departure from Frankfurt for Saturday, November 11.

How to participate
Download the participant agreement here. Please send back your completed application to Corinna Jess at jess(at)gaccmidwest.org. GACC Midwest reserves the right to reject non-fit applications. Application deadline is October 15, 2017.

Program cost and coverage
As a participant without partner affiliations, the program fee is $1,100. As a member of one of our partners, the program fee is $600. We cover your accommodation (6 nights), meals, and local travel. You are responsible for your air fare to and from Germany.
