Roundtable Series on Direct Marketing and Value Add

A Transatlantic Dialogue

More than 167,000 U.S. farms locally produced and sold food through direct marketing practices, resulting in $8.7 billion in revenue in 2015, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Agricultural Statistics Service.

In late 2018 and early 2019, the Transatlantic Agricultural Dialogue program will connect German and American farmers interested in the topic of Direct Marketing and Value Add.

During this program you will discover how German farmers successfully increase cash receipts for their products through elimination of intermediaries. Join the program to exchange best practices, learn about successful direct marketing business models and get information on supporting policies. Gather first-hand knowledge on how to establish closer relationships with your customers. Take home valuable information for your own business and meet fun and inspiring people along the road.

We kick off the program with a series of roundtables in November 2018.
